CRAFTY SEA GAL

Born in Hong Kong, and with many links to Australia and the Far East, Trish finds her creativity from a diverse background.

In illustration and design, she has often enjoys working with mixed media. Since creating life sized automata for her BA (hons) at Camberwell, publishing several pop-up books, and creating novelty children's books and illustration during her MA at Cambridge, there is always a surprise element somewhere waiting to jump out.

Crafty Sea Gal studio came about following a move to the coast in North Yorkshire; having never lived by the sea, every day is a joy, along with a bemused view of everyday life with seagulls.

Whether for children's book illustrations, commissions or Crafty Sea Gal products, collage and a 3d element will often appear.
